The shetou township health center of changhua County was founded in 1980, located at no 6-4， shedou road shetou township。In 1992，removed to new office building at no 409，yuan-chi road 2 sections，shetou township which was constructed and subsidized together by the department of Taiwan public health and changhua County health bureau。 彰化縣社頭鄉衛生所創建於民國39年,社頭鄉社斗路6之4號。現址:社頭鄉員集路2段409號辦公廳舍, 於民國81年由衛生署及衛生處共同補助興建。
