"Window Boy", a book for young readers, is about Sam Davis, a boy with cerebral palsy, and his imaginary friend Winston Churchill. Sam looks out the window all day at a local school where kids play basketball. Though Sam is very smart, he can't communicate very well. His British nanny reads to him about Winston Churchill, Prime Minister of Great Britain during World War II. With Winston's help, Sam tries to achieve his dream of coaching the basketball team.
