I love corsages, pretty dresses, tuxs, and most of all, the ultimate dress-up experience: Prom. There's no bigger prom than the one in Racine, Wisconsin. Texas? Nope, they do it bigger here. New York (my home), we've been blown away. Cali? Sorry, but the Midwest did it right, and for over 50 years, it's been the place to be 18 again.
