So I graduated high school and did a tour in the Marine Corp. Then in 1980 I went to work at Bethlehem Steel. In 1985 my mill shut down and I was on the street. The long term corporate jobs of my dad’s generation were becoming a thing of the past. I went into the real estate business, had a successful 23 year career as a Franchise owner and real estate sales person. My wife and I decided that after our youngest graduated from high school, we wanted to relocate. Since real estate is a local business, I started looking for a new source of income.
