There's this person. I'll call him Larz. Larz used to work the midnight shift. Larz slept during the day, like a fictional vampire. Larz has been living a few months at an apartment with paper-thin walls and, it turned out, ceilings too. It was quiet and okay for a while because people worked during the day and the apartment above was empty. But then all of a sudden this couple moved in above. After about a week, at 12pm or so, Larz awoke to hear the couple above running around, chasing each other, laughing loudly and having afternoon delight. Larz had to move out to another apartment building because Larz wasn't getting enough sleep. Larz didn't want to stay and complain because Larz had no case.
