As a reward for their four hours of painting, clearing weeds and picking up litter at DeWitt Clinton Park, more than a hundred New York City teens and young adults were given a ticket to join thousands of other volunteers at a special, ultra-exclusive, thank-you concert Saturday night, October 6, 2007, at Radio City Music Hall featuring Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Multi-Platinum Rapper Busta Rhymes joined the volunteers for an afternoon of good work for a good cause arranged by the RockCorps (BMRC). The Boost Mobile RockCorps started two years ago with a mission to enhance the lives of young people by finding simple and fun ways for them to contribute to their neighborhoods and have a positive impact on society.
