It's a cartoon that follows the adventures of two jamaicans: Howie, a small, grumpy explosive egomaniac and his tall, skinny, slower, mellower (maybe stoned?) sidekick Herb, who move to the United states in search of better fortune. They eventually land a construction job with many colorful co-workers, and hilarity ensues, all over the backdrop of reggae music. How cool is that?!! less
