People value a personal touch. There are enough people who only give service without going the extra mile to be personal. Being personal does not have to mean giving everything, just have a little interest in them. You will be rewarded. I can think of a gas station attendant. Most guys just pump gas and tell you where to go to pay. But this guy asked how my car was running and how long I owned it. He shared a little of his recent trip in a similar car and liked it. Now, I didnt give him a tip, maybe I should have, but I kept coming back to that station because I had been made to feel just a little bit special. I had a friend who worked there. So, you will be rewarded by valueing what other people value. Positive word of mouth is powerful. Pour yourself out on them and you will find your days are just a little bit better. And if you are in business and would like to add value to your clients take a free ebook and MP3 on me at www.grabfree.info Pleasant Journey. Scott Coombe less
