Del Sur, San Diego’s newest master-planned community, is the leader in sustainability. Built on over 4,600 acres of land, the community of Del Sur was created to embrace the heritage of San Diego while incorporating many progressive, green features. The Ranch House, the community’s sales office, is an award-winning demonstration of sustainable practices. Built using recycled denim, sunflower husks, and repurposed timbers, the Ranch house recently received Platinum certification from LEED, and became the highest ranked building in San Diego.
