Britney Spears and the ongoing Custody Battle Took a turn for the worst when Jan 4th 2007 Britney refused to give the kids back after a visitation leading to police being called in on a Custodial Interference issue. No charges were filed. Britney was taken to the hospital in hysterics. Spears was visited Saturday by Dr. Phil McGraw, who counsels people on his popular television program, "The Dr. Phil Show." Sadly this will close the door on any un-supervised visits with her children...Britney was intoxicated at the time. It is my hopes that the Judge will order in-patient mandatory rehabilitation for her. This video was meant to show that Britney is only human and is trying. How can we judge her???
