望安嶼因綠蠵龜而噪名一時的望安，是澎湖第四大島，也是澎湖著名的文石產地 之一。島上地形起伏，四周草原遼闊，牛群優遊其間；西側有崢嶸的玄武岩山崖 天然海灣，素有蜜月島美名。山上傳說中的仙腳印也望安最著名的一處景點。
