How do we feel about the kind of body we have on: male or female? What messages have we received throughout our entire lives about who and how we are supposed to be based on our gender? What impacts have we sustained because of cultural and social expectations of our masculinity or femininity? How have our relationships suffered because of these expectations, and how can we heal them for good? Ana examines and diagrams gender role belief systems with honesty and humor. You will become aware of many layers of societal training, especially in gender relationships. What we really want is intimacy, a sense of connection – with ourselves, our Creator and each other. How can we achieve this? By taking off the layers, rather than adding something foreign to us; by unlayering what isn’t healthy about our own gender conditioning. less
