Boat Enthusiasts from Traverse City and the surrounding areas had a chance to kick off the season over the weekend of April 11th through the 13th at the Grand Traverse Civic Center with the 2008 Traverse City Boat Show. A dozen Michigan based dealers were showcasing a large variety of watercraft, accessories, docks, hoists, trailers and other marine products. The Traverse City Boat Show featured One-Stop-Shopping, Special Boat Show Pricing and readily available financing. Organizers and dealers alike were pleased with the number of visitors and sales over the weekend. Similar Boat Shows were held in Cadillac and Petosky earlier this year. less
