Courts of Swansea South Wales Warns 'The Defendant Young's Boat Yard' Swansea to pay Claimant now due to knownly sell boat that had major DEFECTS! Obviously this put crews-the crews children lives in extreme danger if boat launched. Boat Yard maliciously contacted South Wales Police, informed them that crew members were threatening-intimidating them! Not true! John Ebbitt-Youngs Boat Yard went down this route to win court case resulting in complaint against Police to Independent Police Complaint Commission due to way Police dealt with this matter.
