Stephen Byrd, the producer of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, will be taking the Broadway show to the big screen. The movie, based on the availability of its stars, will begin shooting next year. Cat On A Hot Tin Roof will finish its run on Broadway on June 22. Cat On A Hot Tin Roof isn't the only Broadway show getting the silver screen treatment. August: Osage County and Master Harold and the Boys will also get cinematic treatment.
