That says it all. Not only did she grant me an interview but was MORE than willing to record a promo (known in radio vernacular as a promotional drop-in which was recorded onto a cart and played during one’s show as a lead-in for that artist’s song.... more
That says it all. Not only did she grant me an interview but was MORE than willing to record a promo (known in radio vernacular as a promotional drop-in which was recorded onto a cart and played during one’s show as a lead-in for that artist’s song. This to me is priceless. That’s why I used it at the beginning of my music CD. I am not lying when I say to the world Aretha Franklin is not only the “ Queen of Soul” . . .she's the “Queen of Class”. God bless her & I thank her publicly for her time. less
