I am a fan of this iron with one exception - the self-cleaning feature. It requires that you hold a small button over for long periods of time while the iron uses the 1/3 full tank of water to push steam through the steam plate, cleaning the iron. This is a painful process both in terms of the time it takes and the actual pain of holding the small lever over to one side.
