2008年11月10日下午，四川省人民检察院外，一位老婆婆在为自己24年前冤死的女儿申冤。据她所说，当年女儿被绳子捆绑起来，先奸后杀，法院判决杀人犯死刑，但多年来不仅死刑未执行，而且杀人犯还结了婚、生了孩子，甚至开设了赌场！老婆婆年纪很大，多年来多方奔走，只为了给冤死的女儿讨一个说法。
