澎湖有三寶，仙人掌、蘆薈和風茹草，這幾年湖西人看準商機，大力推廣有『澎湖青草茶』之稱的風茹草！不過大名鼎鼎的風茹草外觀其實和路邊的雜草沒兩樣，最大的不同處在於它有外表類似人參的根部，這是風茹草最精華，也是香氣來源之所在。湖西人為了分享飲用風茹的喜悅，這幾年開發了風茹果凍、風茹魚和風茹雞湯等風味餐，極力邀請大家一起來湖西鄉大飽口福！到底風茹草的樣貌如何？風茹大餐又是什麼滋味？
