Waters' practice will focus on workplace health and safety compliance issues, and represent employers in litigation of occupational safety and health citations. Waters earned his law degree from Boston College Law School and is admitted to both the Florida and Virginia Bars. Catalano will defend employers against claims of discrimination, workers' compensation retaliation, and alleged violations of the wage and hour laws and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She has more than twenty years of experience representing management in labor and employment matters.
