慈濟的醫療典範，我們要有醫療典範，做給台灣的醫療典範，還要，要曜越在國際。我們應該都有共同的，這一分的志願，大家都是志業精神。所以靜思法脈勤行道，人人若是師父的弟子，一定要有我們靜思的精神，我們人人都是用，克勤、克難、克檢的精神，來付出的，所以要有靜思勤行道。我們常常在說，先生緣，主人福，所以醫師還要再與人結更好緣，人若看到你，他的病就會好一半還多了，這就是叫做，先生緣主人福，所以你們要多結好緣。
