A thiol is a type of sulfur-based compound found in garlic and onions. “Is That Skunk?” premieres on PBS Sunday, January 25 at 8 p.m. (check local listings). “Is That Skunk?” is part of the 27th season of the Peabody and Emmy award-winning series produced by Thirteen/WNET New York for PBS.
