Associate Commissioner for Foods at the FDA to Discuss The Latest on the Current Peanut Butter Recall In the midst of one of the largest food recalls in the nation’s history, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) wants to be clear with consumers as to what is safe and what should be avoided when it comes to peanuts and peanut products. As Super Bowl weekend begins, the FDA realizes many people may be going to parties and other gatherings where there will be a lot of snack food, many containing peanut products. They want to help consumers navigate these situations by advising them on how to make the safe choices. David W.K.
