The growing preference of Metro Manila workers to live near their places of work has spurred Avida to aggressively pursue its in-city condominium projects in 2008. The affordable housing subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. will be launching for the balance of the year three more new towers following the launch of Avida Towers Sucat's fifth tower some weeks ago. All will serve as sequels to existing projects. According to Herbert Herrero, Avida project development manager, the firm expects to launch Tower 4 in its New Manila development, Tower 4 in San Lazaro and Tower 6 in Sucat in 2008. less
