Product counterfeiting is a huge problem to companies in a range of industries including food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Peter describes ways to embed information, character, and brand marks into products or package design that make marking them invisible to the human eye, but easy to detect with a field microscope to determine if products are original or counterfeited.
