There are nuts in this nutrition bar, but it's not like a candy bar. The chocolate isn't terribly sweet and the bar isn't soft like a brownie. Couldn't taste much caramel. But since this bar has fiber and protein, plus lots of other vitamins and minerals, I think this is a pretty good thing to have as a healthy snack.
