Ashtanga vinyasa yoga chikitsa, yoga therapy, first series. Was made with in two months by Jarko as a graduationwork 2006. First yoga animation ever made and it won Finnish Innovation 2006. The gala took place at presidents castle at Helsinki and was hostel by Tarja Halonen (President of Finland). Project was done with in extremely tight schedule, but still I tried sincerely to do my best with the equipment and time given to me and to follow the traditional ashtanga vinyasa as it was thought in Mysore 2003 and 2005 by Pattabhi Jois and Sharath. All thanks to my mom and friends who supported me. Also to Karen Haberman to her unique personality that inspired me and other teachers who helped along the process. Thanks also to artist Aeronao who gave the his music tracks. less
