「閩江水碧閩山青，遊子朝朝暮暮情」 自一九六九年十月從福建體工隊上山至七二年三月，再由下放地、閩中縣山區大田縣武陵公社，帶著依依不捨、欣欣嚮往之複雜心情，告別了送行的父老鄉友、上山知青，翻高山、越峻嶺，孑然一身，重又踏上征途、回歸團結戰鬥的集體生活。遺憾的是，這兩年半的山居生活，沒有留下一鱗半爪的圖片。 影片回顧了一九七二年至七四年，時任江蘇省體工隊兼江蘇省軍區、南京軍區（轄江蘇省軍區、浙江省軍區、安徽省軍區及上海警備區）羽毛球隊教練，當年的一些生活及時代片斷。
