這二天的頭好痛，彷彿像針般在刺著，昨天在公司還拉肚子，這場感冒來的太突然，甚至也不知道起因為何，最有可能是最近天氣轉涼，早晚溫差過大造成身體不適應，希望可以早日康復，避免將病毒傳染給可愛的妘兒。六個月大的嬰兒，夜裡應該可以睡得很甜，但是也有許多影響睡眠的情況。除非是身不舒服，通常嬰兒不肯睡覺，都是因為還沒有學會獨立，需要外在的安撫，像是奶瓶、奶嘴、母親的胸部或是大人的安撫。而我現在最喜歡用搖椅哄女兒睡，感覺躺在上面彷彿被緊緊地環抱著，加上適當力量的前後搖晃，瞬時讓她進入深沈的夢鄉。
