A 31 year-old man, shot and wounded by police, is hospitalized. Upon his released, he'll be booked into jail and held without bond on charges of aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, domestic violence and violation of a protection order. ... more
A 31 year-old man, shot and wounded by police, is hospitalized. Upon his released, he'll be booked into jail and held without bond on charges of aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, domestic violence and violation of a protection order. This person broke into his ex-girlfriend's home, violating the restraining order she filed against him because of his violent past with her. He shot and killed her new boyfriend and tried to shoot her, before the gun jammed. Police shot him as he attempted to escape from them. This incident happened in Maryland. He's facing either life in prison without parole or the death penalty, once he's tried in a court of law. Courtesy of WJLA-TV. less
