Pendleton, Indiana 08-08-2009 – The 2nd annual Fishing Derby was held at Falls Park in Pendleton, Indiana Saturday morning. Contestants ranged in ages from 7-12 years old. All morning these young angles made it to their favorite fishing spot at the pond in Falls Park to vie for the “Catch of the Day”. This fishing derby is just one of the many activities the Town of Pendleton and local civic organizations put on through the year for the children in Pendleton, Indiana to make Pendleton one of Indiana’s best places to live and raise a family. Dick and Peggy Kruger sent us a list of those who finished the day with the “Catch of the Day” and some memories that will last for a long, long time. less
