If you live in the United States more than likely your ancestors called another part of the world home before they came to America. My ancestry is English. We knew one of my great, greats was John Yelverton who first touched American soil in North Carolina in the 1600s. That was where our story ended until the fine folks from English Heritage, Ancestry.com and Google started making it easier to access information about my ancestry and history. This new information leads me to this beautiful, tiny town in Northamptonshire called Easton Maudit. less
