Nuclear Transplant Stem Cells (or Ovasomes) are one type of pluripotent stem cells. They arise from eggs which have not been fertilized by sperm. Nuclear Transplant Stem Cells may prove to be more therapeutically valuable than stem cells derived from fertilized embryos or adult cells.
