小吳哥城是，十世紀鼎勝時期的吳哥王朝所建，是柬埔寨賴以生財主要觀光景點之一，近年柬國為了賺取更多觀光收入，似乎無視於古跡的呵護與保存，任由觀光客姿意踐踏，這是世界遺產，沒看到有任何保護措施，長年如此，後代的人類子孫，看到的恐怕只剩殘岩碎礫，將只能在影片上憑弔了！
