Patrick Swayze has died after a nearly two-year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57. Swayze's publicist Annett Wolf said the actor died today with family at his side. "Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months,". He had been battling pancreatic cancer for almost two years, US media reports said. Swayze, 57, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008. He said in an interview broadcast in January 2009 that he might have only two years to live. less
