望龍埤有四周的環湖步道以及湖邊通往山頂的登山步道，在黃昏時若慢慢的環湖繞它一兩圈；順便吹吹湖面漂來的秋風定能讓人心情舒暢心曠神怡，登山步道大都為枕木道，走起來不會很累人~
