Hong Kong is to stage the equestrian events for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 and The Hong Kong Jockey Club's Head of Racing Operations, John Ridley, believes the territory will inherit state-of-the-art arenas and practice areas. The Jockey Club is responsible for converting and developing infrastructure for the Olympic equestrian events -- then reconverting them after the Games. Mr. Ridley says providing world class equestrian facilities will be a lasting legacy for Hong Kong. less
