望安越瓜‧用心看台灣-望安篇 吃過越瓜嗎 夏天吃西瓜是真享受，不過你可吃過越瓜？原來這個長得像大一號的小黃瓜就叫做越瓜。因為望安的雨水少，氣候溫暖，非常適合越瓜的生長，所以現在已經成為望安人的經濟作物。不過越瓜不能久放，於是望安人把越瓜切片日曬做成酸瓜仔，不管是炒菜、煎蛋、煮魚湯，酸瓜仔都是最好的佐料，不僅能提味，更能去腥回甘，是望安人餐桌上最迷人的美味！到底越瓜長得什麼模樣？酸瓜仔又是如何美味？
