Bill Dyer, the Southern California Regional Director of In Defense of Animals introduces the June 30, 2007 Los Angeles In Defense of Animals and the Los Angeles Department of Animal Services No Kill Seminar which was based on Nathan Winograd's No Kill Solutions as well as other programs. Our challenge in Los Angeles is to save the lives of 20,000 animals in a city of nearly 4 million people. We must work together to accelerate the time for Los Angeles to become a no kill city. less
