Strange thing happened today. I was calling on a business partner in one of the towers downtown, and I guess I just have one of those faces, because I was confused for a gentleman that apparently angered someone with access to a lot of unfriendly snakes. There I was, minding my own business in the elevator. When all of a sudden, the panel in the ceiling slides open and this red-faced fellow shouts down at me that I’ve pulled my antics for the last time, and starts dropping these snakes down on top of me. Hundreds of ‘em. Well, I kept my head about me and just played it cool till the guy went away. Unfortunately, I was kind of stuck under all those reptiles until someone went and got the janitor. Poor guy. Despite the snakes I was still able to edit my document in time for my meeting. The good news is the meeting went off without a hitch and the burning pins and needles sensation in my legs should drop off in about a week. less
